Jerri, a Mexican-American artist, is the creative mind behind the charming creations you see here hecho con mucho amor💕 Majoring in Ceramics from the University of Dallas she passionately brings her dreams to life, drawing inspiration from her rich culture to share with others. Although she is the main creator, Jerri’s Calaveritas is a family operated business of creatives who occasionally join forces to run the show! 

Currently, I am not accepting commissions or custom work. But I do have some exciting plans to offer them in the near future!

We only ship currently locally to the United States at the moment, but hope to branch out internationally in the future!

To preserve the quality and prolong the lifespan of your piece, we highly recommend washing or spot cleaning it by hand.

Your orders will be processed for shipping within 2-5 business days.

Nevertheless, rest assured that we are committed to process and ship your orders as quickly as we can!

We gladly welcome wholesale orders, provided that we have the capacity to accommodate them.

However, please note that depending on our workload or the current period, this service may not be available. If you're interested, please check back every month to see if we can fulfill your order!

All Jerri’s Calaveritas items are handmade with love and care and come with its own imperfect perfections, therefore there will be minor differences to all, making each individual piece unique and one of a kind!

Before placing an order on discounted pieces, please take a moment to carefully read the item description before making a purchase. 

In the rare case of severe damage or significant imperfections, some pieces may be discounted and included in our seconds collection, where they will be given a chance to find a new home.

All orders are tracked (except on select items), once orders are shipped out and have left our place of business all liability is transferred to the buyer. We are not responsible for missing or damaged packages, and it is up to the shipping provider to deliver your package safely to your new home, as we take great care and precaution in packaging your order to ensure its safety! 

In the unfortunate event that your order is missing or damaged during the shipping process please contact the delivery service provider for further information and claims.

We are also not responsible for providing the correct mailing address upon checkout. If you entered the wrong mailing address please email me with the correct one as soon as possible. If your package is already in transit and you wish to change the shipping address, YOU THE BUYER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL FEE in order for me to correct it.
